Most SaaS tools charge per user/seat. When you increase team size, we multiply the per-user price by your team count. Some tools have flat-rate pricing which won't change with team size - we handle this for tools where we know the pricing model.
We apply a 15% discount for annual billing, which is typical across most SaaS tools. Some tools offer more or less - the actual discount varies by vendor. Annual billing is almost always the better deal if you're committed to a tool.
